ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 to A3 in Spl.C.C.No.135/2025 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tirunelveli, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein, the 1st petitioner is charged with the offence under Sections 366 of IPC and 16, 17, 5(l) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. The petitioners 2 and 3 are charged with the offences under Sections 366 of IPC and Sections 16 and 17 of POCSO Act, 2012.
2. The date of birth of the victim girl is 29.09.2006. She had attained majority on 29.09.2024. After attaining majority, the victim got married to the 1st accused on 07.07.2025 and the marriage has been __________

CRL OP(MD) No. 23409 of 2026 registered before the Registrar of Marriages Gangaikondan on 29.01.2026.
3. Today, the victim is present before this Court and she submitted that she had married the 1st accused and in the interest of their matrimonial life, charge sheet may be quashed. The allegations as against A2 and A3 are that they had helped in the love affair of the 1st accused.
4. Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in Spl.C.C.No.135 of 2025, on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tirunelveli stands quashed.
