ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in Cr.No.230 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri to take the final report on file and number the same.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, the final report was filed on 20.06.2026 before the concerned Court and it is yet to be taken on file.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to see that, the defects, if any, are rectified and the final report is taken on file. The said exercise should be completed by the respondent police within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
