ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, the third respondent herein is the wife of the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 01/10/2026 and a CSR was registered in CSR No.257 of 2026. The complaint relates to the alleged extramarital affairs of the petitioner herein. Therefore, the complaint was closed on 11/10/2026. He further submitted that the petitioner will not be called for any further enquiry.
3. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
