ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondents two and three not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, the second respondent police have received a complaint as against the petitioner that he has misappropriated the temple funds and therefore, they are conducting an inquiry.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by strictly following the provisions of B.N.S.S.
