ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 in C.C. No.182 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case. __________

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the trial is not yet began for the past two years, and hence, the present application has been filed.
3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, the case is listed on 28.01.2027 for examination of LW1 to LW3. Totally, there are 16 listed witnesses.
4. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to marshal the witnesses at regular intervals, and the trial Court is directed to complete the trial on or before 31.05.2027.
