ORDER
The present petition is being filed as against the third respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, an FIR has been registered as against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.528 of 2026 on the file of third respondent police on 10.10.2026 for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 316, 318 and 351(1) of BNS, 2023.
3. In such view of the matter, the third respondent is directed to strictly adhere to the provisions of BNSS in conducting the investigation.
