ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No.164 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act Court, Ramanathapuram, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in Crime No.164 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
3. The petitioners shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 29.10.2026.
