ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the 1st accused in S.T.C.No.936 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanthapuram, Ramanathapuram District, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioner is charged with the offences under Sections 341, 294 (b) and 323 of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet as against the petitioner.
3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in S.T.C.No.936 of 2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanthapuram, Ramanathapuram District, is hereby quashed as against the petitioner alone. __________
