ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, a complaint was received on 25.08.2026 and registered in CSR No.173 of 2026. He further submits that the dispute relates to the private property of the petitioner herein and therefore, they have closed it as a civil dispute on 29.08.2026.
3. In such view of the matter, the question of providing police protection to protect the possession of the petitioner does not arise. It is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the proper forum.
