ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, the mother of the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against his son that he has taken the jewels of the mother. The complaint has been received on 31/08/2026 by the second respondent police.
3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to issue appropriate summons to the petitioner and conduct an enquiry. In any event, the enquiry should be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
