Order
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed an appeal in AS.No.40 of 2024 against the order dated 25.07.2023 made in O.S.no.118 of 2004 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1 Court, Kodaikanal and further stated that the petitioner will agitate the order passed by the trial Court in accordance with law. With this liberty the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petitions and he has also made the following endorsement : “Permit the petitioner to withdraw the CRP.”
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made in this petition, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate the order passed by the trial Court in accordance with law.
