Order
The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the sole respondent died on 26.01.2024. Though the respondent died in the year 2024 itself, so far no steps have been taken, it shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. Till now, steps have not been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondent within the period of limitation.
