JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Challenging the order of the learned Single Judge allowing the application filed to permit the respondent/plaintiff to amend the valuation of the suit property in TOS.No.22 of 2023, the present application has been filed.
2. On perusal of the order of the learned Single Judge, the application has been filed seeking to permit the respondent/plaintiff to amend the valuation of the suit property in TOS.No.22 of 2023. Such being the position, we are of the
