ORDER
The challenge in the writ petition is with reference to the grant of patent to the second respondent by the first respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the patent has expired and therefore, the relief claimed in the writ petition has become infructuous. He also seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and has made an endorsement in the case bundle as below : "I may be permitted to withdraw the petition. The patent has expired and petition has become infructuous. "
