WP.No.23975 of 2026 has been filed for the following reliefs:- “calling for the records of the 5th respondent Circular Memo No. CE/NCES/SE/ SOLAR/Connectivity/ D.No.2428/2026 dated 27.05.2026, seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to energise the petitioners 1 MW Solar Plant by providing connectivity to the Mayanoor 110/11KV SS 11KV level in Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District and Direct the Respondents to execute as Energy wheelling Agreement under group captive scheme.
2. When the matters came up for hearing it was informed that the subject solar power plants had been commissioned and energised.
3. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
