O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to remove the encroachments in S.Nos.171/1 and 170/4, Uthamasolapuram Village, Veerapandi Taluk, Salem District as per the communication of the 3rd respondent dated 23.03.2022.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1, R2 and R7, based on the written instructions given by Tahsildar, Salem South dated 12.10.2026, who is not a party to the lis, would submit that Revenue Authorities conducted survey and identified encroachments. Thus, all further actions will be initiated under the relevant provisions of the Act and Rules in force.
3. In view of the said submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, Tahsildar, Salem South is suo motu impleaded as 7th respondent in the present Writ Petition and respondents 1 to 4

and impleaded 7th respondent are directed to proceed with the enforcement action by following procedures as contemplated under relevant provisions of Act and Rules in force and remove encroachments. The entire exercise is directed to completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
