Order
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider petitioner’s representation dated 16.12.2024 for issue of receipts for cheques for Assessment Nos.00028 to 00041 bearing Door Nos.182 to 188, 188A, 188B, 189 to 193, situated at Union Mill Road, Avinashi Road in Tiruppur.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 16.12.2024 to the respondent seeking to issue receipts for cheques remitted towards Assessment Nos.00028 to 00041. However, the said representation has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 16.12.2024 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 16.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
