PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide Na.Ka. No.1685/E2(2)/2025 dated 21.06.2025 and quash the same as in so far as it relates to the petitioner herein and consequently directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his duty as the Khadi Assistant Grade-II at the office of the 3rd respondent.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the transfer order is challenged in this writ petition and pending the writ petition, the petitioner has retired from service. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
