ORDER
The petitioner, who was appointed as a Cook was dismissed from service on 20.09.2022. As against the order of dismissal, the petitioner has filed WP(MD)No.24261 of 2022 and obtained an interim stay. However, the petitioner has not been reinstated into service. The petitioner instead of filing a contempt petition, has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader by referring to the final order passed by this court in WP(MD)No.24261 of 2022, dated 05.11.2025 submits that the very writ petition has been dismissed. Therefore, the question of reinstating the petitioner does not arise.
