PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the Gratuity, EPF Employees Contribution, Encashment of Earned / Sick Leaves Pension, arrears of salary and other retirement benefits as per Government rules together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court, without affecting the petitioner right to claim balance amounts towards those benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that the retirement benefits have not been settled to him has filed this writ petition.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader by referring to the counter affidavit submits that the petitioner was dismissed from service on 16.12.2003. This dismissal order was challenged by the petitioner before this court in WP.No.20236 of 2004 and the said writ petition was dismissed by order dated 09.01.2012.
3. In view of the above submissions and the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent that the petitioner was dismissed from service and it was also confirmed in the writ petition by order dated 09.01.2012, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
