PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned refusal Check slip No.
RFL/ Virudhunagar Joint-2 Sub-Registrar/25/2026 dated 29.07.2026 of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 1st respondent to register the settlement deed presented by the petitioner for registration without insisting for the production of original parent document within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
