ORDER
The writ petition was filed for a direction to the respondent bank to sanction and disburse an educational loan to the petitioner's daughter. About nine years have elapsed since the date of filing of the writ petition. __________

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's daughter has completed her education by taking a loan from other sources.
