ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus not to attach the salary of the petitioner by the respondents.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time.
3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent / wife submits that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur has passed an order on 14.08.2026 to attach the salary of the petitioner.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that based on the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur dated 14.08.2026 in letter No.2433/2025, the salary of the petitioner has also been attached.
5. Since judicial order has been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to
