ORDER
The petitioner is a retired employee and he has filed this writ petition seeking refixation of his salary as per G.O.No.2, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection Department dated 06.01.1994.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader by referring to the communication of the Secretary of the respondent society, dated 09.10.2026 submits that the petitioner has already filed WP(MD)No.5987 of 2021 seeking retirement benefits and the same has been settled to the petitioner pursuant to the orders of this court dated 19.01.2026 in the above writ petition. At that point of time, the petitioner has not raised any objections with regard to the fixation of the salary. Now after receiving the benefits, he has come with this prayer. He further submits that the petitioner is not entitled for relief sought for in this writ petition and his request has also been rejected by the communication dated 09.10.2026 and a copy of the same is placed before this court and also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
