ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner challenges the impugned sale notice. The auction has since been held but confirmation has not been made in view of the specific order passed by this Court. The petitioner is very much having a remedy to go before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal questioning the sales certificate.
