WP(MD) No. 29675 of 2026

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the owner of the subject property and in order to survey and fix boundaries for the subject property, she has made an online application to the respondent authority on 17.09.2026. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: “The second respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 17.09.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. If necessary, the second respondent can seek assistance of the third respondent at the time of surveying, who in turn, shall provide adequate police protection at the cost of the petitioner.

5. It is made clear that the order passed and the proceedings undertaken pursuant thereto would not confer any right to possession of the property if the same is in the hands of third parties.

WP(MD) No. 29675 of 2026

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 14-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No cmr To
