Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to revoke the order of suspension passed vide in his proceedings in C.No. F1/39714/2025 dated 07.10.2025 based on petitioners representation dated 14.11.2025 within the time limit stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
The petitioner, a Head Constable, with a grievance that he has been kept under suspension for a prolonged period, submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition.
2. Today (14.10.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on written instructions submits that the order of suspension has been revoked by order dated, 12.05.2026.
