The petitioner, who was working as an Office Assistant in
Samasthanam
Devasthanam, Ramanathapuram, has filed this writ petition, challenging the order of suspension.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submits that the enquiry contemplated as against this petitioner itself would be concluded within a period of three months.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against this petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a fair opportunity to the petitioner.
