JUDGMENT
When the matter was listed on 05.10.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Learned counsel for the 7th respondent alone was present, and there was no representation for the other respondents. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the 7th respondent is present. However, there is again no representation on behalf of the appellant as well as the other respondents. It shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
