This Court, by order dated 09.07.2026, disposed of the writ petition in W.P. No. 26187 of 2026 relying upon an earlier order of this Court in a batch of writ petitions, the lead case being W.P. No. 12275 of 2024. It has now been brought to the notice of this Court that the operation of the order passed in the W.P. No. 12275 of 2024 batch has been stayed.
