ORDER
Pursuant to the statutory notice issued on the contemnors, the second contemnor viz., Mr.P.Balasubramanian, General Manager of the respondent-Corporation is present before this Court.
2. Insofar as the notice issued on the first contemnor is concerned, it is placed on record that Mr.K.Selvam is presently holding the post of Managing Director, who is present before this Court.
3. In such view of the matter, the absence of the first contemnor is condoned and the presence of Mr.K.Selvam, Managing Director is recorded.
4. It is reported that the order of which violation is complained of had been complied with.
5. Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
