ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.26553 of 2025.
2. Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2026, Mr.K.Selvam, who is presently holding the post of Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, is present, and his appearance is recorded.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on both sides that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.26553 of 2025, dated 25.09.2025, has been complied with.
