ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 23.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.25489 of 2025.

2. Even though statutory notice was issued by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2026 to the 1st contemnor, Mr. T. Mohan Kumar, the 2nd contemnor, who is presently holding the post of General Manager of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Tirunelveli Region, is present. In view of the above, the absence of the 1st contemnor is condoned, and the appearance of the 2nd contemnor is recorded.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on both sides that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.25489 of 2025, dated 23.09.2025, has been complied with.
