ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2. The order passed by us has been partly complied with. The General Manager of TNSTC (Madurai) Limited has filed an affidavit and he has also indicated the time schedule for payment of the balance amount. It is proposed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) per month. By October 2027, all the instalments would have been cleared. We expect the respondents to adhere to the undertaking given before us. If default is committed, even for a single month, the petitioner's counsel can make a mention and this contempt petition will be reopened thereafter. The respondent cannot expect any mercy from us thereafter.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the amount quantified by the respondent does not include certain components. We permit the petitioner's counsel to serve a calculation memo on the standing counsel. The learned Standing Counsel states that the proposal is to be submitted shortly. The said proposal will take into account the memo to be served by the petitioner's counsel.

4. This Contempt Petition is closed accordingly. __________
