ORDER
The present petition has been filed, seeking a direction as against the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent, based upon a complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, a CSR was registered in CSR.No.395 of 2025 on 08.08.2025. After enquiry, the same was closed on 05.10.2026. He further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any further inquiry.
