ORDER
The present petition has been filed by Accused No. 4 in C.C. No. 5 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Ramanathapuram, seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case.
2. It is seen from the e-diary extract that there are totally 16 witnesses in the case, out of which, five witnesses have already been examined. The case is now listed on 11.11.2026 for the examination of L.W.1.
3. Considering the fact that the case has been pending for the past 11 years, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent is also directed to Marshall the witnesses regularly before the trial court.
