ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 and A2 in C.C.No.2181 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirappalli, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein they are charged with the offence under Section 420 of IPC.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is purely a civil dispute and it has been given a criminal colour and therefore, he seeks quashing of the charge sheet.
3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, already trial has begun in June 2026 and PW2 has been examined.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.
5. As it could be seen from the Diary extract, the trial has already begun and two witnesses have already been examined. The charge sheet is of the year 2019. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present quash petition after the long delay.
