ORDER
The present petition has been filed by a senior citizen seeking a police protection to her life and limb and ensure her property rights.
2. A perusal of the representation dated 03.10.2026 addressed to the first respondent reveals that she has been harassed by her son.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry under Rule 21 of the Maintenance and Welfare Of Parents And Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and pass orders, after giving due opportunity to the son of the petitioner namely Basheer Ahamad. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
