ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in a civil dispute.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent, a complaint has been received as against the petitioner from the second respondent on 15.09.2026, and it is pending in the current paper stage. He further submitted that both the parties are making a claim over a disputed property.
3. In such view of the matter, it is clear that it is a civil dispute, therefore, there shall be a direction to the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute.
