ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court transferring the Original Suit in O.S.No.144 of 2024 from the Court of learned District Munsif, Sulur, to the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore.
2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Senior Counsel for third respondent, on instruction from counsel on record agreed that in case the suit is transferred to Principal District Munsif Court, Pollachi and the same is acceptable to all the parties. The said statement is recorded. Therefore, the impugned order passed in Transfer Original Petition No.329 of 2025 dated 03.08.2026 is modified and the suit in O.S.No.144 of 2024 is transferred to the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Pollachi. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
