JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Challenge has been made to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 15.06.2023 directing visitation rights to the father from 2pm to 6pm on every Sunday.
2. The interim order has been passed only till 27.06.2023, thereafter, the matter has been posted before the Court. Now the time period is already over and nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the issue has been settled between the parties. Such statement is also recorded.
