JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 22.02.2023 passed in Application No.1166 of 2021 in CS.No. 129 of 1937 by this Court.
2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appeal has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.
