ORDER
When the matter was listed before this Court on 12.10.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption “for non-prosecution.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending without any progress.
