ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to complete the proceedings under the Sexual Harassment of Woman at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 in accordance with Sections 11, 12 and 13 of the Act and submit the report to the authority.
2. It is submitted that, during the pendency of the writ proceedings, the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has been complied with, and the petitioner has also been served with a report of the District Local Complaints Committee (Sexual Harassment for Women at Workplace), dated 31.01.2026.
