Prayer:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent’s impugned demand notice bearing Lr.No. SE / MEDC /
DFC / AOR / AAO / HT / F.HT.GEN / D.No. 635 / 21 dated 27.12.2021 and the consequential impugned CC bill No. 049094220073 dated 04.02.2022 issued by the 4th respondent insofar as it relates to the levy of alleged banking charges for a sum of Rs.5,60,412/- alone under serial No. 20 ‘Adjustment charges’ and quash the same as illegal arbitrary against principals of natural justice contrary to the 2nd Respondent’s Circular Memo dated 03.02.2016 issued by the 2nd Respondents and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to pass fresh speaking orders after grant an an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner in the matter of revising the banking charges for the past period from 01.08.2012 to 31.03.2016.
