ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “directing the 1st respondent to issue passport to the petitioner after considering the new documents furnished by her along with representation dated 12.08.2026 to prove her Indian Origin.”

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she submitted an application for the issuance of a passport on 12.01.2026. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.08.2026 to the 1st respondent, enclosing additional documents to establish that she and her parents are Indian nationals. However, the said representation has not been considered to date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.
