ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that challenging the Lock and Seal order, an appeal under Section 80-A of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act has been filed by the petitioner. Hearing of the appeal has been completed. The Appellate Authority is in verge of passing final order. That being so, the petitioner is at liberty to move the Appellate Authority for an early disposal of the appeal filed under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 5 to 7 would submit that till such time the appeal under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act is

disposed of, they will not initiate any coercive action and only after disposal of appeal, all enforcement actions shall be continued.
