ORDER
When the matter was listed before this Court on 12.10.2026, this Court passed the following order: On an earlier occasion, i.e. on 26.02.2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, and hence, the matter was posted to today.
2. Even, today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, list the mater under the caption “For Non- Prosecution” on 13.10.2026.
2. When the mater was called for consideration, even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that there is no purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending without any progress.
