PRAYER:
To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Oo.Mu.Pula Ellai Manu:70/17 dated 13.04.2017 and quash the same as contrary to the provisions of The TamilNadu survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and subsequently direct the 3rd respondent to survey and earmark the boundaries in respect of the property in S.No.306/1A2B - 17 cents, S.No.306/1B2-27 cents, S.No.309/2D1 - 15 cents and S.No.306/1B1 Southern side 6 cents totally 65 cents, situated in Pallipattu Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

ORDER
Heard learned counsel appearing on either side.
2. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Oo.Mu.Pula Ellai Manu:70/17 dated 13.04.2017 as contrary to the provisions of The Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and subsequently direct the 3rd respondent to survey and earmark the boundaries in respect of the property in S.No.306/1A2B - 17 cents, S.No.306/1B2-27 cents, S.No.309/2D1 - 15 cents and S.No.306/1B1 Southern side 6 cents totally 65 cents, situated in Pallipattu Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from the respondents, would submit that a survey has been conducted during the pendency of this writ petition and that the survey report has also been enclosed with the written instructions given to him.

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, and no further adjudication is required in this matter.
