ORDER
The petitioner is an Assistant Professor in the 2nd respondent University and he has filed this writ petition challenging the order relieving him from the academic duties.
2. It appears that the petitioner is facing enquiry before the internal complaints committee based on the complaints from some girl students and also from some professors. The internal complaints committee has made its recommendation on 18.05.2026. In view of the same, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
3. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the respondents to proceed further based on the recommendations of the internal complaints committee. In the event if the respondents proceed to conduct an enquiry based on the internal complaints committee's recommendation, a due and fair opportunity shall be provided to the petitioner. No costs.
